We had a great dinner that was close to perfect only complain I have is the oysters are a little small and steak had some minor issues but everything else was perfect

I love the sister restaurant in Beaver Creek, but this one, not so much. This seems like it's the place to be for après, less so for fine dining. We came on a Thursday at 6pm, there were still crumpled up dollar bills all over the floor (this is part of the après festivities where live music, often played by the owner, occurs and people throw money at him), and the place just felt dirty. The floors were filthy, many of the tables had not been cleared after guests had left, the bathrooms were dirty. At the BC Chophouse, you feel like you're at a nice steakhouse, here just feels like any typical restaurant. The food and drinks were great, but if you're looking for a more traditional steakhouse vibe, this one misses the mark. Service was fantastic.

Had a great steak at the bar last night. Really friendly accommodating staff and good drinks.

I really enjoyed my pilgrimage to the Vail Chop house. I came craving a rib eye but ended up having the Colorado lamb chops which were the best I ever had. I met some really nice folks while eating at the bar and the service here was great. I got nicer photos on my proper camera but ended up attaching some basic photos off my iphone because it's easier. Wayne and Susie... it was a pleasure meeting you if you see this review .

This is a great place; Great View of the Ski Slope, good food and service. We were able to get a reservation on Open Table for same day. We ordered the steak to share and they split it in half and served us individually. The Brussel sprouts were some of the best we've had and the ribeye was perfect. The lobster Mac was just ok. The Spicy Bloody Merry with candied bacon was on point except for the huge celery stalk! Also this is a great place for few beers apres ski.

This place has it all! Delicious food, impeccable service and the views, well they just can't be beat! My boyfriend was out snowboarding and I got to enjoy a quiet lunch here, people watching and drinking with mountain views. Highly recommend the prime rib dip! If you're into horseradish sauce, get an extra on the side. I opted for that over dipping in the au jus. Also French onion soup was really good, probably 9/10 but would order again if I was craving it. Don't miss this spot!

Very solid good food. Lobster Mac and cheese was fantastic good size pieces of lobster. Filet and NY pictured were very good with a compound butter. Green beans were solid but nothing special. Overall a good meal fantastic location. The food was reasonably fast. Looks like they have a set up for live music but there was no one playing. Outdoor and indoor seating. Drew our waiter was good!
